We inform that we have now available a new Innova line for production of ultrapure deionized water with the most advanced technology of the last generation.

Our line is formed by the following Innova plants placed in series:

- Ionro reverse osmosis plants for production of deionized water with 2-3 microsiemens quality. Our membranes used for these plants operate at a pressure lower than 10 bars and with 99.5% salt rejection.

Our reverse osmosis plants are also available in fully automatic version having a PLC microprocessor wich controls automatic valves and a modern “touch screen” display;

- DGF: membrane degasifier for free oxygen and CO₂ removal using a special membrane made with hollow fibers permeable only to dissolved gases. In case of steam boilers this equipment reduces dramatically the consumption of conditioning chemicals;

- EDI: electrodeionization plant with mixed bed ion exchange resins regenerated in continuos by electric energy without use of acid and soda.

This plant is requested when there is the needing of deionized water under 1 microsiemens and up to 18 megaohms and silica under 0.002 ppm.

Capcity of our plants ranges from 60 l/h up to 80 m³/h.

Deionized water made with our new line has a cost 40% lower than the one produced by traditional systems, wich still some companies propose and offer even if these are obsolete.
